Patrick has 25 years experience in both corporate management and financial transactions.

His executive experience includes CEO of Aetherwire, CFO of Photonic Microsystems, and COO of Armillaire Technologies.  His finance experience includes professional positions at Woodside Capital Partners, Smith Barney, and First Union.  He has executed numerous IPO, private placements and M&A transactions while at these firms. He was twice recognized by the Wall Street Journal for his experience in wireless and communications. Patrick began his civilian career at Trimble Navigation.

He earned an MBA from Stanford University, an SB in Chemistry and an SB in Chemical Engineering from MIT. He served in the US Army.
